Snow Man
Nurkan Raimkulov, born in Issyk-Ata, has walked most of the mountains areas
of Kyrgyzstan. There has been several times during spring and summer that
he has come across bare human foot steps that were bigger than normal.
In one of his stories, he described that during World War II in one of the
Mergenchi caves, a woman was caught that had animal features on the outside.
No one has seen a woman like that in a village nearby. Later on, the chairman
paid a visit and ordered a woman to be set free. They noticed that a woman
was lactating and may be with a child. The woman disappeared in a few jumps
behind the caves.
