Trekking tour from the Heavenly Mountains to the canyons of Konorchek
Duration: 14 days
Best season: throughout the year
Accommodation: hotels, tents, yurts
Tour grade: strenuous and expedition

The itinerary goes to high mountainous regions in the one of the most beautiful gorges of the Tien-Shan, where the most popular center for mountain climbing – the Ala-Archa alpine camp – is situated. Here, the largest glaciers of the Kyrgyz Mountain Range are concentrated, with picturesque icefalls, and the snow-covered high mountain peaks of the Ak-Sai glacier: Korona (4695 m), "Svobodnaya Korea " (4777 m), Ak-Too (4612 m), Semionov Tien-Shanski (4895 m), "Uchitel" (4540m) etc.

The sharp contrast of the second part of the itinerary, the canyons of Konorchek, stretches the travelers' imagination. Tourists find themselves in a fairy-tale world with gigantic, fantastic figures of red stony clay of the tertiary period - towers, locks, arcs etc. A ‘lunar’ landscape and an unusually deep silence... You will have the chance to rest and relax on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul for the last two days.
